WebClean's Asset Register contains modules to add and maintain different assets. Property's buildings and rooms details. Equipment details with servicing schedules. Material register of chemicals on site.

The Management Console includes the General Cleaning register with the capability to add Cleaners to properties. Able to be track cost changes to sites via variations which automatically calculate changes using current Schedule of Rates. Able to review periodic schedules and Consultations.

These modules capture any additional cleaning tasks undertaken by a site including the cost.

There are 2 types of inspections with WebClean.
Inspections are undertaken by Property NSW Inspectors to indicate the level of the Contractors performance at a site in line with the specification requires.
The other type of inspection is Quality Monitoring which is a quality assurance inspection performed by the Contractor which indicates the level of Contractor performance at a site in line with the specifications.
All inspections for the contract can be viewed from the Inspections and Quality Monitoring Lists within the Management Console.
With both inspection types on completion and submitted a digital pdf copy of the report is emailed to the client referred to on the Property Details screen Contact Details.

Prior to entering a Complaint the Local Level Dispute Resolution must have been actioned. Upon receiving the complaint, the Contractor is to respond as soon as possible in accordance with the contract.

Many reports exist with WebClean including Ad-Hoc, Standard and Quick reports to view the summary of records within the system easily. Standard reports allow the user to download reports as a PDF file. Ad-Hoc reports are more customisable to quickly view and download (in CSV format) data within the system. Ad-Hoc reports can be saved and used to upload into other applications, such as Excel or MS Access. These reports include filtering and sorting functionality.
